Copyright

Courses published on Nrivzou come from their authors, who confirm they have the right to share them. If you believe something uses your work without permission, this is how to tell us.

Sending a notice

Use the report button on the course, or write to the address below. For us to act, your notice needs:

  • the copyrighted work you say was copied (a link or a description is enough);
  • the address (URL) of the material on Nrivzou, or enough detail to find it;
  • your name, postal address, email address and telephone number;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner;
  • your signature, physical or electronic (your full name is enough).

Someone who falsely claims that material is infringing can be held responsible for it. Send a notice only when you are sure of your right.

What we do

We review every complete notice. If the material does appear to be copied, we remove it or disable access to it promptly, tell the person who published it, and pass on your notice, including your name and contact details.

Answering a notice (counter-notice)

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake (you have the right to share it, or the use is permitted), write to the same address with:

  • the material that was removed and where it appeared;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, postal address and telephone number;
  • your consent to the jurisdiction of the court for your address, and to accept service of a lawsuit from the person who sent the notice;
  • your signature.

We pass your answer to the sender of the notice. If they do not start a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat problems

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly publish material they have no right to share.
